DUMORTIERITE

Dumortierite is an extremely rare quartz, making it a much sought-after gemstone.  I love the gorgeous blue hues in this crystal.  It is named after Eugene Dumortier, a French paleontologist. 

Some of its metaphysical properties include: 

Clarity and mental focus: Dumortierite is said to enhance mental clarity and focus, helping the wearer to better concentrate and retain information.
